Sound bath meditation is an experience where a practitioner plays musical instruments to relax the body and calm the mind. In a sound bath meditation participants generally lay down and listen to various sounds with closed eyes. When sound bath meditations are part of a regular wellness routine many people experience many physical, emotional and mental health benefits.
