Take a moment and relax with this 30 minute Sound/visual meditation film. For the best experience use headphones in a quite location. Watch the video or close your eyes for the experience. This film was recorded on the January 2023 New Year Full Moon . Filmed and recorded in my home studio. It was raining so I put microphones at the windows to capture it and added it to the sound. The ocean videos in this film were recorded early in the morning on the full moon. It was recorded at Butterfly Beach, California. Take a moment, make yourself comfortable, take a few deep breaths, relax and listen.
